Orders

In Affilibee, the Orders section provides an overview of all sales attributed to your affiliates. You can quickly review the order's value, commission, and relevant affiliate details, and you can even make adjustments if needed before payouts are finalized.

Order List

• Overview of Attributed Orders
  The Orders list shows all incoming orders that have been assigned to an affiliate. At a glance, you'll see details like order value, commission value, payment batch, and the associated affiliate and tier.

Click on the order number to view a detailed breakdown of the order.

Order Detail

• Order Rows
  Each order row displays the product name, SKU, quantity, and applicable commission. You can see which segment the product belongs to, ensuring correct commission rates.
• Editing Order Rows
  Adjust quantity (e.g., set to 0 to remove commission for that row). Change the product segment to recalculate commission if necessary. Keep in mind that editing is only allowed if the affiliate's commission has not been paid out yet.
• Recalculation
  After making changes (e.g., updating a product segment), the commission is recalculated to reflect the updated settings.

Tips

• Timely Adjustments
  Make any necessary commission or order changes before the payment goes out to your affiliates.
• Segment Awareness
  Ensure you understand which segment a product belongs to; this helps maintain accurate commission rates.
• Zeroing Out
  Setting the quantity of a row to 0 effectively removes its commission from the order.
