Affiliates

This guide provides an overview of how to invite new affiliates, manage existing affiliates, and handle important actions in the affiliate section.

Invite Affiliates

Affilibee currently offers two primary ways to add new affiliates to your program:

  • Email Invite
Send an invitation to one or multiple emails with a custom message. Invited individuals can only sign up with the exact email they were invited through. They will automatically be approved for your program upon signing up.
  • Landing Page
Create a branded landing page with a built-in registration form so visitors can easily apply to your affiliate program. Add your logo, headline, and a brief description to showcase your brand and highlight key benefits. You can manually approve new affiliate requests to maintain control over who joins, or switch on Automatic Approval to instantly accept all applicants.
  • Invitation List
View all invitations you’ve sent under the Invitation List.

Affiliates List

All of your affiliates are displayed in the Affiliates list. Here, you can quickly see:

  • Affiliate Status (active/revoked)
  • Performance Metrics (e.g., number of referrals, total commission earned)

Click on an affiliate’s name to view detailed information and perform specific actions.

Affiliate Detail

In the Affiliate Detail view, you’ll find several key options and data points:

  • Revoke an Affiliate
If you revoke an affiliate, they won’t receive credit for any future orders. They will still receive payouts for any past or pending commissions. The revoked affiliate receives an email notification and their dashboard clearly indicates their revoked status. You can reactivate the affiliate at any time.
  • Change Affiliate Tier
You can update the affiliate’s tier at any time. Once changed, the affiliate receives an email notification. Their dashboard reflects the new tier and corresponding commission rates. Learn more in our Commissions guide.
  • PayPal Connection
Check whether the affiliate has connected a PayPal account. PayPal is currently required for payouts, so affiliates must connect their account to get paid.
  • Referral ID
See the unique referral ID used in the affiliate’s tracking links. This ID ensures proper attribution of sales to each affiliate.
  • Team Members
View any additional team members associated with the affiliate’s account. See their email addresses and related details.
  • Billing Details
Review the affiliate’s billing information, which is used to generate invoices and finalize payments.
